a Sakura Shinguji virou vilã:eek::eek::eek:?

In battle, he boasts extremely high offensive strength thanks to his martial arts techniques. In his everyday life, his nickname is “The Rice Chef of Fire,” as he works as a skilled chef who serves up specialty Chinese-style fried rice.

■ Imperial Opera Troupe: Performances
In times of peace, the Imperial Combat Revue: Floral Division practices day and night at the Great Imperial Theater, and performs as an opera troupe. Here is a look at some of their various performances.
“Momotaro”
Project-Sakura-Wars_2019_10-11-19_013.jpg

A play performed in the first chapter. The lead role is played by Sakura Amamiya, but she lacks acting experience and the stage setting is worn and tattered. It is a messy performance that symbolizes the state of the Floral Division immediately after the start of the game. Sakura Amamiya plays the role of Momotaro, Hatsuho Shinonome plays the demon, and Claris plays the monkey.
“Da Nang’s Love”
Project-Sakura-Wars_2019_10-11-19_014.jpg

A play written by Claris, and put on as a performance commemorating Anastasia becoming a member of the Floral Division. While the lead role is played by Anastasia, the heroine is played by Sakura Amamiya. The play uses a stage setting prepared by Reiji Shiba, who is also in charge of the stage props for the Imperial Theater.
Project Sakura Wars is due out for PlayStation 4 on December 12 in Japan, and in spring 2020 in North America and Europe. Read more about the game here, here, here, here, and here.

Project Sakura Wars introduces enemy character Oboro, heroine joint attack special movies
Plus a look at two new mechs.
Sal Romano

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has new information regarding Project Sakura Wars, including the introduction of a new character named Oboro, two new mechs, and an overview of the special movies that play for each heroine’s joint attack.

Here are the character and mech details:
Oboro (voiced by Daisuke Kishio, designed by Tite Kubo)
A high-level kouma who attacks the Imperial Capital alongside Yasha. His warped mind takes pleasure in striking fear into the hearts of the people and dying them in despair. He specializes in “genjutsu” (magic), and those that defy him end up tormented by his illusions and ultimately destroyed.

Puppet Soldier: Arahabaki
An aerial-type Puppet Soldier piloted by Oboro. Characterized by its hand-shaped, skirt-style armor, it assaults the Floral Division with various attacks and genjutsu through remotely operated, small-size weapons.

Puppet Soldier: Kyoukotsu
A huge, armor-clad kouma fused with a Puppet Soldier. It overpowers the Floral Division’s Spiricle Fighter: Mugen mechs with strong-arm attacks unleashed by its large frame. But since its head is its weak spot, it can be destroyed by dodging its powerful strikes and landing jump attacks.

Included in Famitsu’s preview are new screenshots of the previously detailed Kaoru and Komachi, who are members of the Imperial Combat Revue: Wind Division that support the Floral Division in combat through Spiricle Fighter transportation and information analysis. Here is a first look at the pair in their combat uniforms:

And here are a couple of screenshots of the previously detailed Bond Gauge system:

Finally, the preview provides a look at the special movies that play for protagonist Kamiyama’s joint attacks with each heroine, which can only be activated once per battle by meeting certain conditions. Following the movie, Kamiyama and the corresponding heroine mech’s status will receive a major boost for a fixed period of time. Here are the details for each movie:

Sakura Amamiya: “Fated Encounter…”
Could it be… the guy she bumped into that morning was the transfer student!? After a fated encounter, the two end up… an old shoujo manga-esque cliche love situation will unfold!

Hatsuho Shinonome: “It’s a Festival, Oisaa!”
Today is the long-awaited summer festival. The duo rapidly strike the drums during their drum session! Oisaa! Oisaa! It’s a festival, oisaa!! A stylish movie full of excitement.

Azami Mochizuki: “The Duo’s Mochizuki-Style Arts”
The ninja Azami performs a clone technique, and Kamiyama does the same… creating 100 clones altogether! It seems as if a voice can be heard saying, “Do you know which are real?”

Anastasia Palma: “The Legendary Constellations”
Kamiyama and Anastasia are stargazing at the planetarium. A graceful and mature atmosphere. And the name of the constellation discovered by the pair stargazing the legendary constellations is…

Claris: “The Moon is Beautiful, Isn’t It…”
As they both try to take a book off the shelf, Kamiyama and Claris touch hands and blush. It is as cliche a development as Sakura’s story. The title of the book is a famous phrase—a Japanese translation of “I Love You” by a certain great novelist.

Project Sakura Wars is due out for PlayStation 4 on December 12 in Japan, and in spring 2020 in North America and Europe. A demo is due out on November 21 in Japan. Read more about the game here, here, here, here, here, and here.
Thanks, Famitsu.
