New Yakuza title to be announced on September 27

Sega will announce the latest entry in the Yakuza series during the Sega Nama broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online on September 27 at 20:00 JST (08h horário de Brasília), co-host Ayana Tsubaki said in a tweet. You will be able to watch it on YouTube, Niconico, Periscope.
The description for the live stream previously teased “the latest information concerning the Yakuza series,” but did not directly state that a new title would be announced, which Tsubaki’s tweet has now confirmed.

Update 09/25/20 at 8:20 a.m.: During the “Sega Fan Meet-Up 2020: A Sincere Thanks to All Sega Fans” live stream today, Tsubaki said that she misunderstood the fact that ‘there will be new information on the Yakuza series’ during the Sega Nama stream on September 27 to be ‘there will be a new title.’ While it is possible a new title will be announced, Tsubaki herself does not appear to know this information.
Update 09/25/20 at 11:35 a.m.: Yakuza series chief producer Masayoshi Yokoyama has said in a tweet that the Sega Nama broadcast on September 27 will not feature the announcement of a new entry in the Yakuza series.
Yokoyama added, “The Yakuza series is heading towards its 15th anniversary, and various plans are currently underway. Naturally, a game is also in development. The development team is working hard every day aiming for the day we can announce it to everyone, so please continue to give us your support.”

Durante a ultima transmissão de Yakuza Online (SEGANAMA) apareceu um slide com o termo 'Kiwami 3' e o mesmo também apareceu no site do jogo, porém o jogo (que foi parcialmente desmentido, pelo menos como kiwami 3) não será apresentado na TGS segundo o produtor da série, Masayoshi Yokohama:

Yakuza Kiwami 3 Isn’t Coming to Tokyo Game Show 2020, Sorry
Despite some promising hints from the official site, Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama confirmed that Yakuza Kiwami 3 would not debut there.
Sometimes hidden nuggets of info can reveal a huge surprise early on — unfortunately this isn’t one of those times. On the official Yakuza Japanese site, there’s a schedule of upcoming events for Ryu Ga Gotoku Online (the Yakuza mobile gacha game) that mentions a “Ryu Ga Gotoku Kiwami 3 themed event” happening in October 2020.
This of course seemed like a possible hint that Sega will announce Yakuza Kiwami 3 soon, such as during the upcoming TGS 2020. However, Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama quickly took to Twitter and denied such claims, stating it was a typo:
A fan then asked “are you gonna surprise announce it at TGS?” and Yokoyama replied with a “no we won’t, sorry”:
Sorry for those waiting patiently for any news about Yakuza Kiwami 3 but unfortunately you’ll have to wait a bit longer. However, we do know that Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the next mainline installment in the franchise, is launching for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 13th.
And thanks to Shacknews we also know that the next mainline Yakuza game will be a launch game for Xbox Series X and S, which means it’ll be releasing three days earlier for those systems. The PS5 version was also confirmed recently but as of now we don’t know anything other than it will come “at a later date.”
