A Sony está se coçando para fazer alguma idiotice faz tempo. Primeiro vieram aqueles reboots precipitados e mal elaborados.
Depois essas ideias lamentáveis de filmes solo de Venon, Sexteto Sinistro, Gata Negra e por ai vai.
Deve ser algo assim: "O aranha tem essa porrada de personagens? então TEMOS que usar isso e faturar uma grana!"
Não entendem que a maioria são figuras de apoio para o aranha, que não possuem potencial comercial para um filme solo.
Fizeram essa parceria com a Marvel porque não tinham a mínima ideia de como iriam proceder.
Pois conseguiram a proeza de queimar um dos heróis mais famosos de todos os tempos.
Agora, que já estão com tudo encaminhado, acham que podem se virar sozinhos.... pelos boatos vão ferrar tudo de novo em tempo recorde.
Não acho que vai ter reboot nem nada. Vão seguir esse universo do aranha dentro do MCU, mas sem nenhum herói da Marvel.
Algo diferente seria burrice demais, até para o padrão da Sony.
Negócio é torcer para o primeiro spin off ser um fiasco e desistirem da ideia e deixar o aranha na Marvel.

A Sony deveria ter a humildade e aceitar de vez que o MCU é um caminho único a se seguir. Com o MCU a Sony só tende a ganhar, e não perder. A correlação de seu personagem com os personagens da MCU só vai trazer credibilidade para os futuros filmes solos do teioso.

Não me importo em lançar um filme Solo do Venom, contanto que tivesse ligação com o MCU e fizesse referência ao próprio HA do MCU. O simbiote poderia ser até um elemento trazido do espaço pela turma dos Guardiões da Galaxia ou pelo próprio Thanos, na Guerra do Infinito...

Esse monte de personagens, como bem falou o amigo aí, vão ficar totalmente deslocado sem a referência ao HA. O povo não vai entender nada! Vao inserir, de uma vez só, esses seis icônicos inimigos do HA num filme, sem antes apresentá-los em filmes do teioso? Qual a lógica de ter esses vilões em um filme, que só existem por causa do HA, e sequer o HA desse novo universo foi apresentado e que o HA que existe (no MCU), não é o arqui-inimigo?

Os fãs vão ter antipatia e preconceito com esse universo paralelo, e vai tratar isso como refugo, tal como trataram o Quarteto da Fox.

Sony não ver o fiasco que está sendo os filmes da DC, naquele carnaval vazio, bobo e ilógico dos roteiros da DC?

Ainda acho que isso é chantagem velada da Sony a Marvel. Afinal, lembro que disseram que contrataram o Tom, um ator novo, justamente para fazer vários e vários filmes.

Não duvido que a Sony esteja querendo pegar elementos do MCU para inserir nesses filmes derivados e a Disney está reticente. "Quem quer rir, tem que fazer rir".

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Set Photos Seemingly Confirm The Presence Of Corvus Glaive & The Black Order

After catching a brief look at Paul Bettany as The Vision coming under attack last week, by a mysterious group of villains, that were decked out in all-black costumes, a much better look at one of them has surfaced and it just may confirm a very popular fan theory.

A Twitter user has posted new photos and a new video from the Avengers: Infinity War set in Edinburgh, Scotland, offering our best look yet at an unidentified villain and while, the actor is in a mo-cap suit, the intricately designed staff in his right hand might just confirm his identity as it bears a striking similarity to the weapon Corvus Glaive of the Black Order wields in the comics.

It's hard to tell what he wants with the Vision, but if we had to wager a guess, he's likely been assigned by the Mad Titan, along with the rest of the Order, to recover the Mind Stone. The photos also more or less reveal that these villains will be entirely CGI, meaning it's unlikely we'll hear about any actors being cast to provide the voices for these roles until much later in the production process.

Plus, more photos of The Vision have surfaced and Elizabeth Olsen has arrived on set, which probably means the stunt double we saw a few weeks back was actually the Scarlet Witch and that she'll have a big part to play in the battle to save Vision.

New INHUMANS Set Photos Reveal A Shocking New Look For Serinda Swan's Medusa

The latest photos from the set of Inhumans in Hawaii have found their way online and in them, we get our first proper look at Serinda Swan as Medusa. Her costume is somewhat unremarkable, but that could be because it's what she just wears while in our world or during informal occasions. It is at least purple, though! Her hair, on the other hand, is definitely red but...there's not much of it!

As you can see below, the actress is rocking a shaved head and while what's there is clearly red, that's not exactly the flowing red locks we're used to seeing during the character's comic book adventures.

Might it be added with CGI? That's likely, but why shave Swan's head if that's the case? What if this version of the character has energy beams or something which come from her head rather than hair?

Time will tell, and while I liked Iron Fist, showrunner Scott Buck appeared to shy away from that hero's mystical background because he feared audiences not embracing it. Could he have done away with Medusa's living hair for similar reasons or might there be another explanation for this change? We'll have to wait and see, but it's fair to say that this isn't what any of us were expecting to see!

Latest Marvel's THE INHUMANS Set Pics Provide Our First Glimpse Of Eme Ikwuakor As Gorgon

Short answer, probably not! Marvel's The Inhumans continues production in Hawaii, and following first looks at the likes of Black Bolt, Medusa, and Crystal, we now get a glimpse of Colony actor Eme Ikwuakor suited up as the mighty Gorgon.

As fans of the source material will surely notice, he doesn't really look like his comic book counterpart... at all. However, there may well be a good explanation as to why Ikwuakor, Anson Mount and Serinda Swan don't appear particularly Inhuman in the images we've seen up until now.

Perhaps CGI will be used for the likes of Medusa's hair and Gorgon's hooves, or we're simply seeing the characters pre-Terrigenesis. Another possibility is that The Royal family adopt a more human look to blend in when needed, and revert back to their true forms back on Attilan. At any rate, the official character descriptions definitely suggest that we're going to get comic-faithful version of The Inhumans, so it's probably best not to fret about it.

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Producer Indicates That Multiple High School Films Are Likely
Comments from former Sony-chief turned film producer Amy Pascal created a mini-panic among the comic book movie fandom when many sites misinterpreted her statement regarding the unprecedented Spider-Man contract between Sony and Marvel as a firm declaration that Sony would make future Spider-Man movies not set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's established continuity. However, statements from film producer Eric Carroll (Thor, Thor: The Dark World, Agent Carter) firmly refutes such notions in his remarks to set visit reporters. “We really want to do multiple movies where he’s in high school,” said Carroll. He added, "Going forward we would definitely treat [future Spider-Man movies] all as the same slate. So we would be as strategic about where future Spider-Man movies fall in the MCU of it all as we would if Sony weren’t involved, because there’s nothing in it for us or Sony to put a movie out at the wrong time or start confusing the continuity."

When Tom Holland was similarly asked about future installments, he specifically mentioned Venom as a character he'd like his wall-crawler to tangle with. “Well, I love Doc Ock. I think Spider-Man 2 is one of the greatest superhero movies ever made. But I think Venom is someone I’d love to kick the crap out of one day.” Of course it should be noted that this interview was conducted a number of months ago, well before Sony announced that their Venom movie (and their Silver Sable pic) would not be part of the MCU.

Pascal also weighed-in, adding, "We’ve recycled a lot," in regards to covering the same material across the Sam Raimi and Marc Webb Spider-Man films. “I think there are certain characters I don’t think there’s anything more to say about them right this minute? I mean, I don’t know how many more times we can do the Green Goblin. I’ve certainly tried to do it fifty.”

Carroll closed out the topic by adding that the Green Goblin clan are unlikely to be revisited. “We want to tread lightly with what’s been done in the past films as far as The Osbornes and things like that. So I don’t think we’re going directly down that route. We figured honestly if there was a way to do this movie without mentioning anyone who has been in past films, with the exception of staples like Flash Thompson and Aunt May, that that might be a good thing to do.”

Of course, if Doc Ock and Green Goblin are off the table, that opens the door for villains like Chameleon, Kraven and the much-requested Mysterio to make their live-action debuts. Next to Batman, Spider-Man definitely has one of the better rogue's gallery in comics and it's high-time characters besides the usual suspects make their introductions to the non-comic book reading populace.

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Set Pics Feature Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch Preparing To Unleash Her Power
As production continues in Scotland on Marvel and directors Joe & Anthony Russo's Avengers: Infinity War, the latest images from the Edinburgh set feature Liz Olsen, who will reprise the role of Wanda Maximoff.

The pics show Olsen striking her character's signature pose, which means the scene in question will almost certainly see Scarlet Witch unleashing her devastating powers. The 28-year-old actress was joined by her stunt double, who demonstrated some of the moves.

JESSICA JONES Season 2 Finally Begins Production In New York City

Iron Fist is finally on Netflix and The Defenders is up next, but now the cameras are finally rolling on the second season of Jessica Jones. According to a new report, "No Parking" notices have started appearing on Manhattan's Upper West Side revealing that filming is starting today at Broadway and West 101st Street. Does that location sound at all familiar?

Well, it probably should as it's worth noting that that was the location used for the exterior of Jessica's apartment and Alias Investigations during the show's first season. There is, of course, a chance that reshoots for The Defenders are taking place, but it definitely appears as this could be for Jessica Jones as rumours have persisted for a while now that the production is kicking off soon.

Little is known about what to expect from season two as of right now, though chances are we could see the return of Nuke. There's also been talk of Typhoid Mary appearing, but we'll have to wait and see!

Chris Evans May Not Be Willing To Remain On As CAPTAIN AMERICA After All

We all know that Chris Evans' contract with Marvel Studios is nearing an end and the actor has gone back and fore on whether or not he'll be staying on as Steve Rogers/Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He recently provided something of a positive update on that but in a new interview with USA Today appears to have backtracked somewhat on his future as the hero.

"I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be hard for me," Evans admitted when asked about moving on from the role. "But the passing of time and the passing of torches is part of the experience. Nothing lasts forever. There’s a beauty in that departure, even if it can be sad at times. It’s also joyful. I’ve had a great run. Superheroes are reinventable entities, like Batman or even James Bond. These movies find new incarnations and new ways to tell the story. I am all for it. However they want to proceed after ‘Avengers 4,’ it’s really up to them. I walk away with no regrets and endlessly thankful."

There's a very good chance that what we're seeing here is Evans essentially negotiating his new contract in public. It's obvious fanswant him to stay on as Captain America, while the fact he's starred in a series of highly successful solo movies and is part of The Avengers franchise gives him tremendous bargaining power when it comes to getting a new deal from Marvel which will increase his earnings!

A Revealing New Synopsis For Marvel's THE INHUMANS Teases The Royal Family's Relocation To Earth
We were wondering why so many of the recent images from the set of Marvel's The Inhumans featured several of the main characters in civilian attire, and now it looks like we might have our answer.

ABC has released a new synopsis for the show, and it reveals that Black Bolt, Medusa and the others are hiding out on earth after a military coup back on Attilan:

After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself.

So, it seems Maximus will succeed in overthrowing his brother's rule right at the beginning of the story, and the series will deal with Black Bolt's attempts to reclaim his throne. Before that, though, it does sound like we're going to be spending a lot of time on earth as the characters adapt to their new environment.

Marvel's NEW WARRIORS Featuring Squirrel Girl Ordered Straight-To-Series At Freeform; First Synopsis Revealed

Squirrel Girl and her pals are coming to Freeform! Following a previous report that Marvel was developing a New Warriors TV series with ABC, THR has now revealed that the show has actually been ordered as a 10-part, 30-minute live-action comedy at Freeform.

According to the trade, Cougar Town and Scrubs alum, Kevin Biegel, is nearing a deal to write the script and serve as showrunner.

As previously announced, Doreen Green, AKA Squirrel Girl, will be a member of the roster along with 5 other unnamed characters. There have been several incarnations of The New Warriors in the comics over the years, so who Green's teammates will be in this small-screen adaptation is anyone's guess. Squirrel Girl is described here as "a totally empowering fan girl who is tough, optimistic and a natural leader."

The New Warriors will premier sometime next year. Check out an official synopsis below.

New Warriors revolves around about six young people with powers living and working together. With powers and abilities on the opposite end of the spectrum of The Avengers, the New Warriors want to make a difference in the world ... even if the world isn't ready. With Freeform focused on a group dubbed "becomers" — those experiencing a series of firsts in life including first loves and first jobs — New Warriors explores the journey into adulthood, except in this world, they're not quite super and not yet heroes and the guys can be as terrifying as bad dates.
