Resumo, maioria dos devs e outros trabalhadores foi a favor do crunch para evitar outro adiamento do jogo.
E estão super contentes com a grande fatia de money que irão receber por isso, além do orgulho por terem feito um grande, excelente e árduo trabalho que fizeram no jogo. (estão sendo/serão bem recompensados)

Acho que não pq os novos consoles irão ter outra versão tbm.

Então será praticamente um remake, pois diz-se que o patch a ser lançado em 2021 trará melhorias mais substanciais.

Certas matérias dão a entender que a versão para a nova geração será um upgrade grátis para quem adquiriu a versão da atual geração. Exemplo:

Não li nada sobre isso. Achei que a versão next gen seria a atual + patch apenas. Futuramente ele até podem vender a versão com o patch incluso, mas quem tem a versão old gen só precisará atualizar pra ter acesso a ela.

Vou dizer pela de Xbox... Vc compra e joga agora... Quando sair a versão nova, vc recebe gratuitamente o patch que aplica as mudanças pra nova geração.

Não sei, só sei que a CD Projekt fica agradando a imprensa, dão action figure, jaqueta, colocam eles na arte. Isso para mim tem nome...

People have often asked me what things have struck me as the most Cyberpunk moments in my life. There are a lot of them, but here’s one of the most impressive– the view from the highest building in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

For years, I’ve tried to describe what it’s like to be looking out over a cityscape full of Manhattan-sized skyscrapers–that goes on unendingly to the horizon– in all four directions of the compass. The largest city on the southern hemisphere; the seventh largest city on earth, SP is so big that many of my “Paulista” friends who live there have never been to the other side of the city. At ground level, the city streets are a tight maze of buildings, parks, enormous billboards (the biggest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of places around the world) and milling people.

Skyscraper lobbies are filled with entire street markets of microstalls, where you can buy produce, meat and knicknacks. Totally Cyberpunk. Giant billboards flicker overhead, blinding with shifting video pixels. Totally Cyberpunk.
So until I get to Tokyo, SP is my most Cyberpunk megalopolis. And I love the place.
I’ll leave you with a bit of video to think about. It even sounds Cyberpunk.

Pode gerar confusão mesmo. Eu acredito que a versão de nova geração será aquela resultante da versão current-gen com o patch mais robusto que a CDPR prometeu (e que ainda não tem data para sair).
