Será que vai ter versão para PC? Ou só para os consoles da geração atual por causa da falta da compatibilidade do PS3 para PS4?

Estou jogando o Andrômeda primeiro (já que não tem ligação com a trilogia original) e se tiver a trilogia para PC e principalmente se tiver tradução para pt-br, eu deixo para jogar quando lançar essa coletânea, caso contrário jogo original mesmo no PC (pois já tenho, mas não joguei até hoje!)

EA is reportedly planning to release a remaster of Mass Effect Trilogy which will be called Legendary Edition, according to Jeff Grubb, editor at The Verge.

In a new podcast, Jeff Grub has talked about the remaster, giving a small update on it. He has previously in a different podcast shared that this remaster will come to multiple platforms however it might not release for the Nintendo Switch. It will be likely released for PS4 and Xbox One. EA plans to release the game in the current fiscal year ending March 2021, and rumors point towards a release of this remaster in October.

According to Jeff Grubb, the official title of this remaster is Mass Effect Legendary Edition. One of the reasons why EA has settled on a different title rather than calling it a trilogy is because there is already one available for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Despite there being no official announcement of this remaster, it has been listed by multiple retailers. The most recent listing also had a Nintendo Switch version but that might have been a mistake judging by this new update on the remaster.

Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, the purported name for the rumored Mass Effect remaster trilogy including Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, has slipped from its previously planned October reveal and release to early 2021, according to a VentureBeat report citing “people familiar with the development.”

The main reason for delay is reportedly the original Mass Effect game, which does not live up to the quality of the rest of the package and may make a poor impression on new players who would not go on to experience the upgrades for Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. These problems are said to come down to both graphics and gameplay.

The report also states that the multiplayer mode from Mass Effect 3 will not be included in the collection, which will be a single-player-only affair. It will, however, reportedly include all of the downloadable content for all three titles.

Terminei recentemente os 3 MEs e sinceramente a trilogia merecia um remake e não um "simples" remaster.
Se bem editado os 3 jogos poderiam se resumir a apenas 1 (no máximo 2) unificando a jogabilidade e interfaces (que em cada jogo é diferente).

Sobre o remaster:
A diferença gráfica entre o 1 e os demais é praticamente de uma geração. Precisariam trabalhar bastante nele.

agree... o primeiro perde-se mto tempo nos loadings do elevador, probes nos planetas... tem um pace bem cadenciado, se fosse na pegada do segundo duraria metade do tempo

Muda bastante, o vídeo do Youtube que não ajuda, porém é apenas um upscale, quem joga em 1080p talvez não veja muita diferença mas em 4K é gritante porque as coisas não ficam embaçadas.

Mas não arruma o principal que é suporte a controle, aí tem que correr para outros mods.

Mas Mass Effect é demais.

Eu to numa esperança danada para esse remaster atualizado.
Seria a opção ideal, saindo lá pra perto do segundo bimestre de 2021, por que da para sair de Cyberpunk 2077 e revisitar essa obra prima que se chama Mass Effect.
Tantos RPG Sci-Fi em sequencia, seria um deleite à alma.

Mas sério. Os elevadores, etc foram essenciais pras pessoas se identificarem com os personagens pq aumentou absurdamente o Banter (Conversas) entre eles.
E isso é algo que falta absurdamente em rpgs. Focam mto na conversa com o player mas pouco na conversa entre eles, esquecendo que é um grupo e os outros membros existem.

No ME2 e 3 tem +banter entre as missões mas é dinâmico e portanto falho diversas vezes. E é uma das poucas criticas que os games merecem.

Mass Effect N7 Day panel announcement sets fan tongues wagging​

A Mass Effect N7 Day panel is set for this weekend - and fans are crossing their fingers for a reveal of the heavily-rumoured Mass Effect Trilogy remaster.

Rumours of a remaster were stoked when an Art of the Mass Effect Trilogy: Expanded Edition book popped up for pre-order in July. Sporting a 23rd February 2021 release date, this new book includes hundreds of never-before-seen works of art, according to its description on the likes of Amazon and elsewhere.

Now, Jennifer Hale, aka FemShep, tweeted to announce a panel to celebrate N7 Day set for 7pm UK time this Saturday, 7th November. What's interesting is the panel has many of the actors who played the characters of the Mass Effect crew, including Mark Meer (Male Shep), Steve Blum (Grunt), Kimberly Brooks (Ashley Williams), Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan Alenko), Courtenay Taylor (Jack), Alix Wilton Regan (Samantha Traynor), William Salyers (Mordin Solus), D.C. Douglas (Legion), and Ali Hillis (Liara T'Soni), as well as BioWare developers Karin Weekes and Patrick Weekes.

That's pretty much the old crew of the Normandy, isn't it? Now why would they all get back together for a panel, then? Perhaps they just fancy a chat. Or perhaps N7 Day 2020 is finally the time for EA to unveil the Mass Effect Trilogy remaster that's pretty much an open secret at this point.
