Essa comparação é de humor, mas não conta mentira.
O Putin é um "homem forte", tem carreira militar, foi espião/oficial da KGB.
Ele é uma FIGURA política, um líder. Ele sabe que política é feita não apenas com discursos, também com gestos. Ele já tem uma personalidade forte que ajuda, e muitas dessas poses e expressões são treinadas, para se impor, passar uma imagem específica. É propaganda e diplomacia.

O Obama por outro lado tem formação de direito, pacato, sem expressão física. O único talento dele é a oratória, apenas se expressar bem, nisso ele já é reconhecido como um dos grandes presidentes oradores do país e só. Mas falar é uma coisa, fazer é outra. Lembram do funeral do Mandela? Discurso bonito, bem falado, desceu do palco e foi ficar de putaria na plateia sem postura nenhuma. Muita pose pouco gesto.

Recentemente o Putin deu uma rasteira nele com isso, Obama faz seus discursos ameaçando meio mundo lá no quintal dele, para os microfones da imprensa dele. "Mandem avisar eles que eu disse isso". Putin foi e comprou uma página do maior jornal do país para mandar uma mensagem direta para ele baixar a bola. Foi um gesto.


Sobre isso não dá para discutir, não é sobre quem é bom ou mal, quem é justo ou injusto.
